Coreboard Advanced Set - balance board, wooden fitness board for core and therapy training

✅ Training possibilities ► It wouldn't be a Kraxlboard product if it couldn't do more than all the others.

Thanks to the sliding ball rollers on the underside, our Coreboard truly hovers above the floor and can, for example, be used as an abdominal roller in any direction. But there are no limits to creativity when it comes to training.

With the two removable half-spheres, the board can be used as a balance board as desired.

When used with only one half-sphere, the board is 3D unstable in all directions; when both half-spheres are used, it is unstable in only two directions (front-back or sideways).

The included roller also enables very versatile "unstable" training.

✅ Material ► Made from multi-layer solid beech wood, the board is extremely stable and suitable for professional use.

✅ Surface ► The Core-Basic board is impregnated with a special hard oil wax; the natural properties of the wood—such as breathability, open porosity, and diffusion ability—are fully preserved; no electrostatic charging!

• Delivery includes 4 ball rollers for 3D sliding training for core training, lunges, and much more.
• Ball rollers are equipped with M10 threads and can be removed as desired
• Cylindrical wooden roller with anti-slip rubbers for balance and coordination training
• 2 half-spheres convert the balance board into a wobble board or therapy spinner

✅ Important note ► Since training with the Coreboard is designed for unstable body positions and therefore increases the risk of injury from falling or slipping, it is absolutely necessary to perform training on a medium-firm isomat and to protect the training area with mats.

The isomat also protects the floor from damage and stains (ball rollers are coated with Teflon PTFE lubricant), which can occur through use of the Coreboard.
