Coreboard Basic Set – the basic package for balance training

✅ Training options ► Your ideal training tool for balance training. The side handles can be used, for example, for unstable push-ups.

With the two removable half-spheres, the board can be used as a balance board as desired.

When used with only one half-sphere, the board is 3D unstable in all directions; when both half-spheres are used, it is unstable in only two directions (front-back or sideways).

The included roller also enables very versatile "unstable" training options.

✅ Material ► Made from multi-layer solid beech wood, the board is extremely stable and suitable for professional use.

✅ Surface ► The Core-Basic board is impregnated with a special hard-oil wax; the natural properties of the wood such as breathability, open-pore structure, and diffusion capability remain fully preserved; no electrostatic charging.

✅ Info ► Since training with the Coreboard is designed for unstable body positions and thus carries an increased risk of injury from falling or slipping, it is essential to perform training on a medium-firm isomat and to protect the training area with mats.
